24-hour cancellation is appreciated and free. Less than 24-hours notice will require a fee of 50% of your scheduled service. Children under 13 are not allowed unless they are receiving a service. Please notify your hair artist if you are going to be late. If more than 15 minutes late you may have to reschedule.
